If it is an easily solved problem for which we do not need receipts or other information, we will address it in the discussion you open. If it concerns an incorrect payment, other payment problems or fraud, we will contact you privately, so that not everyone can read along.

Refunds and withdrawals of online products
It is not possible to revoke a purchase on the StickyMC webshop, because these purchases fall under 'digital content'. If there are problems with your purchase, you must report this to one of our staff members within 14 days so that they can fully investigate the problem with you. If an error has been found, it is of course possible to get your money back.
